Happy Birthday ARK

On June 2, 2015, the first beta version of ARK Survival Evolved was released on Steam. It said at the time:

"Stranded on the shores of a mysterious island, you must learn to survive. Use your cunning to kill or tame the primeval creatures roaming the land, and encounter other players to survive, dominate... and escape!"

... and nobody really had a plan how the game worked and that after 8 years it is still such a huge success:
