Announcement: Carcharodontosaurus

Carcharodontosaurus

Charcarodontosaurus makes a triumphant entrance into ARK with a remarkable set of abilities that rival ARK's most feared carnivores! Charcarodontosaurus has a remarkable appetite for blood and gets more and more frenzied the more of it he gets.

I consider myself lucky to have encountered Carcharodontosaurus medicupestis and survived to tell the tale. While I'm not sure if this predator grows larger than a Giganotosaurus, I hope I never find out. A single one of these powerhouses held its own against an entire army of us, and that encounter cost us dearly.

The Carcharodontosaurus can sweep attackers aside with its tail, but it's the other end you should really be wary of. It has teeth like steak knives stuck in a jaw strong enough to shred most prey. Even a near miss will shred you, but good.

Like its namesake, the Great White Shark, the Carcharodontosaurus becomes even more dangerous when it tastes blood. Any kill seems to send these monsters into a berserker frenzy.

If you manage to tame a Carcharodontosaurus, you get a new opportunity to mobilize your tribe for battle. There's something about the roar of this monster that drives others to battle - a war cry for your army of hell.

The more tactical tribes will have their Carcharodontosaurus tear apart the mid-sized creatures in the enemy's ranks, building up its bloodlust to take on the biggest threats. It's shock and awe!

Carcharodontosaurus will be making its way onto ARCs later this year!
